- A popup modal that reads "Please keep in mind that custom orders are currently taking 10-15 working days to ship. If you have a special event date please let us know. Thank you." has been implemented on the home page. (November 14, 2022)
- The "Create account" button on the Registration and Checkout Login pages has been updated to be disabled until a @thrivepet.com Email Address has been entered. (July 10, 2023)
- @vetspire.com has been added to the list of allowed email address domains on the Registration and Checkout Login pages. (October 24, 2023)

The following changes have been applied to the store: (January 23, 2024)

The store's theme has been updated to match the look and feel of the attached mockup.
The category boxes on the home page have been updated based on the attached mockup. With this update, all of the new category boxes have been linked to their corresponding category pages.

Changed the look and feel of the store's theme back to the previous version. This was not supposed to be included in the changes. (January 24, 2024)
- The email domain restriction has been removed from the Registration pages. (#9140 - October 9, 2024)
- The textbox under the "Invoice" custom payment method on the Billing Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to be a dropdown with the options listed above. (#9672 - March 11, 2025)

I'm happy to let you know that the requested customizations have been implemented, including:
Updated the Invoice custom payment method dropdown by removing "Clinic/Hospital" and adding "Thrive University Relations" as the second-to-last option.Changed the Invoice - Clinic/Hospital payment method textbox to a dropdown using the options provided.Configured the shipping and payment method visibility based on the selected Order Type.

Since the FedEx integration has not been set up yet, we used the shipping methods that are currently available on the store. At this time, the Ground Service shipping option (USPS) is being used to fulfill the requested logic:
Clinic or Hospital Order – Only the current Ground Service shipping option is displayed, and only the Invoice - Clinic/Hospital payment method is available.Corporate Order – Only the current Ground Service shipping option is displayed, and only the Invoice payment method is available.Personal Order – Only the USPS shipping option is displayed, and only the Credit Card payment method is available.

Once the FedEx integration has been configured, we can update the logic to display only the FedEx shipping options for the Corporate and Clinic/Hospital order types. [#11191 July 10 2026]

We've updated the "Bill to" and "Ship to" dropdown lists.
